CONFERENCE CENTER - SOKOS HOTEL CARIBIA

The conference is held at the Conference Hotel Caribia (previously called Holiday Club Caribia), which provides fully equipped conference and meeting rooms for all sessions and workshops. There are eleven conference rooms available from 30 up to 2000 participants. Conference luncheon and refreshements are served in several restaurants and bars in Caribia. The Conferene Hotel Caribia is completely smoke-free hotel (no smoking area/rooms).

The interior of Caribia is decorated in the signature rustic colony style of the hotel chain, whicg offers new and cosy aspect to a professional conference. The touch of old times decor seen is also in some of the meeting rooms - even technically at par with the highest meeting standards. The auditorium and main conference halls are modern and follow high-level conference requirements.

There is also accommodation available in the conference center hotel for those who prefer to have all under the same roof. Caribia is located about 2-3 kilometres from the city centre, local buses operate frequently from centre to Caribia, one in about 15 minutes. The Turku University campus is also nearby. When travelling by car, car parking payable to hotel beforehand or when arriving.
